By using the avtotestpdd.uz website or the Avtotest PDD app, you agree to these terms.
Description of the service
The website and app help you prepare for the theory part of the Uzbek driving exam. They are study material, not an official traffic-police resource, and do not guarantee any particular result on the real exam.
Account
You sign in to the app with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide.
Subscription and purchases
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play or the App Store and are governed by those stores' own rules, including auto-renewal and cancellation.
Refund policy
We do not issue refunds for in-app purchases directly: all payments go through Google Play or the App Store, and refunds must be requested under that store's own refund policy.
Invitations
The week of premium for inviting a friend is granted under the terms shown in the app. We may withdraw the bonus if we see signs of abuse, such as multiple accounts or fake invitations.
Intellectual property
The question bank, text, images and website code belong to the operator or are used under licence. Copying or redistributing them without permission is not allowed.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for your result on the real exam or for outages of Google Play or the App Store.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or discontinue the service, giving users reasonable advance notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
