Privacy policy

Scope

This policy covers the avtotestpdd.uz website and the Avtotest PDD app for Android and iOS. See the Contacts section for the operator it applies to.

What data we process

Website: only technical hosting log data — IP address, user agent and request time. The website has no forms or accounts and sets no cookies.

App: your phone number when you sign in, your progress through exam sets and mistake review, any invite codes used, plus technical device and app-version information.

Why we process it

To run sign-in and sync your progress, respond to support requests, protect the invite system from abuse, and improve the app.

Third parties

The website is hosted on Vercel; install links go to Google Play and the App Store, which process data under their own policies.

The app may use third-party services for crash analytics and usage statistics. The specific services in use are published in the app's store listing and will be added here once connected.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Since the Uzbek driving exam can be taken from age 16, part of our audience is aged 13–17; for them, use of the service is expected to happen with a parent's or guardian's awareness.

Retention and security

Data is kept for as long as the service and legal requirements need it, then deleted or anonymised. Access is limited to staff who need it for their work.

Your rights and data deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@avtotestpdd.uz with the subject "Data deletion request". We reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page, and show an in-app notice if separate consent is required.
